The coldest March and April in recent memory have left some Shreveport residents to wonder if it really was Spring in Louisiana.  While the unusually cooler temperatures seem to be clinging to whatever is left of a bitter winter, there are still some fantastic reminders in the area that it’s Spring after all and that warmer weather is certainly on it’s way.  Enjoy these photos that is actually Spring in Shreveport:
