New Orleans has has cornered the market for creating events for normal people to do crazy things and not-so-normal people, well, to be themselves.
The annual New Orleans Red Dress Run was held over the weekend, and thousands of men and women (and a few dogs) set aside their pride and all wore the same thing all for the sake of a good time (and charity).
