SHREVEPORT, Mar. 15, 2018-

The Shreveport Police Department has arrested a man they accuse of stabbing two women on Tuesday morning, March 13, 2018.

According to the police, sometime before 4 am, 36-year-old Bryan Todd and two other male accomplices entered a residence on the 6900 block of Buncombe Road and assaulted the two adult females who were inside.

SPD officers arrived shortly after 4 am and found the two victims with multiple stab wounds throughout their bodies. After collecting evidence and testimony, detectives from the Shreveport Police Violent Crimes unit were able to identify Bryan Todd as one of the assailants.

Detectives caught up with Todd on March 14 and arrested him in the 5100 block of Hollywood Avenue.

Todd has been charged with Attempted First Degree Murder and is in custody at the Shreveport City Jail on a $500,000 bond.

While Todd is in custody, Shreveport Police detectives are still attempting to learn the identities of the two other assailants, one of which was described a black male with a muscular build, who stood approximately 5’9 inches tall and was bald.
