Earlier this year, Anthony’s Steak and Seafood was burglarized. The perpetrator smashed the glass front door and destroyed the cash register, making off with an undisclosed amount of cash. Shreveport Police detectives arrived at the scene and began their search for the burglar.
They discovered security video footage which showed a white male allegedly breaking in. Investigator’s were also able to see the suspect’s vehicle. The Shreveport Police Department made the video available to the public and asked for help in identifying the suspect. After a short time, Crime Stoppers received an anonymous tip that identified the suspect as Jeffery Adcock.
After securing an arrest warrant, investigators found Adcock in Dallas, Texas. He was extradited back to Shreveport to face one count of Simple Burglary. Adcock is currently in custody at the Caddo Parish Detention Center.
